What we build

Each service is one layer of the stack, built in order. Most clients start with an assessment and take the next step when it makes sense.

Microsoft-first, AWS-ready

Most of our work runs on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric, signing in with Entra ID. No Fabric capacity? Everything also runs on your existing SQL Server, Azure SQL (including Microsoft's free offer), or a small Azure database, and on AWS. All of it is delivered as tested infrastructure as code, so your environment can be rebuilt, reviewed, and audited. See platform options and costs.

  • Plan

    Data and AI readiness assessment

A review of your systems, costs, and needs. You get a recommended architecture, a map of where AI can safely use your data, and a roadmap you own and can carry out with anyone.

  • Foundation

    Data platform implementation

Microsoft Fabric warehouses and lakehouses (or PostgreSQL on Azure or AWS), data pipelines, semantic models, and governance with row-level security and masking, sized for the team that will run it.

  • Connection

    MCP servers

MCP servers let AI assistants use your data and systems, with the same permissions your people already have.

    • Microsoft Fabric MCP setupSetting up and governing Microsoft's own Fabric MCP servers and Fabric data agents.
    • Managed platform setupTurning on and securing built-in servers in platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
    • Database serversRead-only questions against Fabric, Azure SQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, signing in as the user.
    • Business system serversConnections to your ERP, CRM, EHR, or a legacy internal app.
    • Document and knowledge serversSearch across policies, contracts, and wikis, with access that follows the source.
    • Action serversCreate tickets or update records, with approval steps and limits.
    • Multi-system serversOne assistant working across three to five systems.
  • Control

    Gateway setup

One control point for AI: sign-in, which tools each team can use, budgets, and a log of every request. We set up AI model gateways, MCP gateways, or both, with Azure API Management as our default on Microsoft.

  • Upkeep

    Support plans

A pool of hours each quarter to keep pipelines, servers, and gateways working as your systems and the AI tools change. Choose a quarterly plan, or an annual plan with 5% off when paid upfront.
