Prices in USD and exclude Texas sales tax. Most consulting and custom build work isn't taxable in Texas; where tax applies, your SOW says so up front and invoices show it separately. Deposits are due at signing, and larger projects are billed in milestones.
Platform options and what Microsoft charges
You don't need a Fabric capacity to start. Microsoft bills these costs to you directly; we never mark them up. Before you sign, you get every option's cost and limits in writing.

Use the database you already run. Best for pilots, or data that stays on your premises.

Azure SQL free offer
Microsoft's free serverless database with a monthly compute allowance and 32 GB of data. You choose what happens if the allowance runs out: pause until next month, or keep running at normal rates.

Fabric F2, paused off-hours
Microsoft's smallest Fabric capacity, switched off outside business hours. Reports below the F64 size need Power BI Pro licenses for viewers.

Sized to your needs
Microsoft costs are approximate US list prices as of October 2026 and change over time; your quote uses current prices for your region. Your existing SQL Server, Azure SQL, and the free offer use the same SQL as Fabric, so they can move to Fabric later without a rebuild.
